ROOTS
headed up to Sapporo, the city of my birth for a mini food tour and to see the city when it wasn't covered in ice and snow . . .
here's my old building in Nakajima Koen. my first home.

i opted to go to Sapporo Ramen Zero:
and had some AWESOME ramen:
next stop, Sapporo Beer Factory Museum:
where we learn about the history of japanese beer making:
and "sample" to better understand this art . . .

they use the old pieces of the factory to decorate. i think that's part of a beer vat.
